Accountabilities
- Change Identification & Impact Assessment: Analyze project scope to identify key changes and assess their impact on processes, roles, and behaviors. Document current versus future states.
- Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify impacted stakeholder groups, assign engagement ownership, and define tailored engagement plans to build alignment and promote adoption.
- Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain structured change and readiness strategies using frameworks such as the AZ Change Framework, ADKAR, or Prosci. Align these plans with project goals and delivery milestones.
- Communication Delivery: Create and execute change communications using multichannel approaches. Tailor messaging to stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely updates.
- Behavior Change & Readiness: Develop and embed strategies to drive behavior change. Design readiness assessments, create feedback channels, and partner with leaders to champion new ways of working.
- Training & Readiness Coordination: Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, coordinate training activities, and monitor completion and effectiveness to ensure readiness objectives are met.
- Deployment Support: Partner with Project Leads to ensure a smooth transition during launch by coordinating readiness activities, stakeholder communications, and post-implementation support.
- Measurement & Feedback Loops: Use tools such as pulse surveys, feedback forms, and adoption indicators to evaluate change effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on insights at project closure.
Essential Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a change management role within a global organization
- Proven track record to manage change initiatives of varying complexity and risk
- Extensive experience developing and implementing senior-level communication strategies
- Skilled at operating in complex, matrixed organizations across diverse global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in one or more change management methodologies
- Strong experience presenting to senior management through both written and verbal channels
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Change Management Certification
- Communications Certification
- Management Consulting experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
